Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14 day window in which you can notify us via e-mail that you would like to return the item. You will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc.
Items that you wish to return must be in unworn condition. Tags must be attached and liners must still be on. If items have notable perfume scents or visible stains, a return will not be allowed.

Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
Return / Exchange Process
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages by any shipment company. We do everything to get your orders out in a timely fashion. Once your order leaves our facility it becomes the post office's responsibility and they should be contacted with the tracking number we provided for further assistance.
